Abstract


Reflections on changes in schools according to the companies' knowledge. The role of the teacher changes from knowledge transmitter, the main source of information, expert content and source of all answers, the agent that controls all aspects of the teaching process, a learning facilitator, collaborator, mentor, knowledge navigator, partner learning and, ultimately, the student organization that provides more 'option, and it leaves the responsibility' for their own learning.
