E-learning as a complex system


Propose and manage e-learning means be clear elements of a complex system that is' to provide content, but also to refer to theoretical models of technology choices to be made of human resources on which to build and coordinate integration processes with the organization that intends to adopt such approaches as an additional way to acquire new knowledge and skills.
