ICT education oriented empowerment (EOA)

This paper describes an educational process based on the use of Information Technology (IT), which reflects a new paradigm of education developed by the Center for Futurism in Education. We call this paradigm EOA Autonomy Oriented Education (AOE AutonomyOriented Education).
