The FAST, the Federation of Scientific and Technological Associations in collaboration with the Italian Publishers Association, has developed the training course "Beyond the textbook" Adapt II within a project, partly funded by the European Commission and the Ministry Labour and Social Welfare UCOFPL The overall project called ESPERANTO has developed throughout his life, and that means' from 1998 until early 2000, some innovative measures for training, assistance and guidance to businesses and educational publishing education, called to face a difficult transition towards the new learning tools using new technologies.
