PROMUOVERE L’INCLUSIONE DI MIGRANTI E RIFUGIATI ATTRAVERSO RISORSE E-LEARNING E ATTIVITÀ IN PRESENZA: UN’ESPERIENZA SUL CAMPO IN ITALIA

Abstract

Il progetto ReGap (Reducing the Education Gap), in linea con l’obiettivo Erasmus + relativo all’equità e all’inclusione, mirava a produrre risorse didattiche aperte per la promozione dell’appartenenza sociale di migranti e rifugiati attraverso lo sviluppo dell’abilità linguistica del paese ospitante in diversi ambiti chiave (l’occupazione, la salute, l’istruzione). L’elemento innovativo del progetto risiede nell’utilizzo di modalità di apprendimento misto, caratterizzato dall’integrazione di attività incentrate sullo studente e svolte in classe, e attività e-learning. Il contributo presenta le risorse ideate dall’unità di ricerca LUMSA, relative al tema dell’occupazione, e gli strumenti di ricerca adottati per le prove sul campo dei corsi, che hanno coinvolto 84 partecipanti. I risultati hanno dimostrato il ruolo chiave della conoscenza della lingua del paese ospitante per l’inclusione sociale e le potenzialità dell’approccio misto, in un’ottica che privilegi esperienze di apprendimento di natura interattiva e fortemente orientate alla comunicazione.
