CNR and Google: a joint initiative promoting education

Abstract
CNR’s “MathFitness - the maths gym” is the only Italian project to have been awarded a grant as part of Google’s programme in support of education. Conferred in late 2011, the grant has allowed MathFitness to strengthen and extend some of its activities at national level. This includes a tour covering schools in five Italian regions and involving over 4000 students.
