Accessibility of educational software: an unresolved problem

Abstract
Presentation of a survey on availability 'of educational software. The specific reference 'to the Italian law on availability' of 2004 and, in particular, it shows that the eleven criteria for evaluation. 'S investigation considers both open source and proprietary software.
