European teachers and new educational technology

Abstract
Analysis of the current status on initial and in-service teachers' use of ICT for education in Europe. The paper describes the results of an analysis conducted in uTeacher, a European project devoted to developing a European Framework on teachers' skills in using new technologies for education.
