Referees should use the confidential comments for the editorial board (see Review form's point 6) to point out any ethical issues that the submission may pose, or to report matters like suspicion of plagiary or excessive overlap with other works published elsewhere by the same author/s. The comments made in this field constitute a confidential communication between referee and editorial board, and at no point are accessible to authors.
