Assessing the effects of informal learning within online professional communities

Abstract
Analysis of how to measure the performance of a community 'professional online virtual environment and to assess their Community. Are given certain "enabling conditions", predisposing to achieve a good performance level of the community '. It also identified a set of indicators, primary and secondary, relevant to the process of monitoring and evaluation of the virtual Community.
