Abstract
The environment we live in may 'to be inherently risky because of natural or artificial systems, in certain situations that endanger the lives of individuals. Learning to live with the risk of catastrophic events is in itself 'as an element of prevention can reduce the damage. From this insight comes the need for an education for prevention and mitigation of risks.
