The problem of accessibility to multimedia

Abstract
Are more and more 'Italian school children using computers to do their normal school work. From elementary to high school, hundreds of students with visual impairment or motor they use in class this tool, appropriately adjusted, if necessary, with peripheral or special programs. But besides the positive effects, and 'unfortunately necessary to point out some obstacles that severely limit the functionality' use of new technologies and, although it can be removed in many cases quite simple, have so far never been taken seriously.
