The Italian Journal of Educational Technology accepts contributions in English on original ideas, evidence-based practice and innovative models for technology enhanced learning in relation to educational contexts, contents and technologies of all kinds.

Submissions on Educational Technology can be made all year round, as there is not deadline for this open ended call. Accepted papers will be published online as soon as ready, in the "accepted manuscripts online" section, and will be included in the following general issue.

The Italian Journal of Educational Technology welcomes the following types of contributions in English:

  • Theoretical articles (about 6,500 words)
  • Research articles (about 6,500 words)
  • Systematic Reviews of the literature (about 7,000 words) 

Contributions should be submitted through the journal website by first registering as author (if not previously done) and indicating in the editor’s notes that the article is in response to this call for papers. Contributions should be submitted according to the instructions for authors and laid out according to the journal template

All contributions will be assessed by two reviewers, using the double-blind revision system.
